Training gives you advantages on different levels
 
It is our experience that through good training the users will become more confortable with the purchased equipement. It means that the equipment is used more efficiently. Statistics show that when the users are trained correctly, they make fewer errors and the lifetime of the equipment is prolonged. Furthermore, the physcological working environment is significantly improved when the users are introduced to the process of using the communication tools in an optimal way.
 
 
NW Gruppen has held many training courses throughout the years and regardless whether we teach a new or an old customer, the end-result is always remarcable. We often see our trainees have an aha-experience when the small daily "mysteries" are explained to them. In several incidents we have managed to turn the negative feelings connected with the lack of user knowlegde into something posivite.
 
By teaching courses for the technical personnell, we increase the possibility of "in house" maintenance of the systems, thus decreasing the costs thereof in the long run. By being able to maintain the equipement in house, the users are able to decide when the changes must be made. Most employees get a sense of responsibility for the system when they work with it themselves, not to mention an increase in the level of knowledge and satisfaction connected to it.
